Is my purchase tax deductible?

• If you buy them with intentions to eat them, then they are not tax deductible.
• If you buy them, and leave them as a donation, or donate them to another organization, then those are tax deductible.

Where do donations and profits go?

The net proceeds from cookie sales are given to the selling organization "SELLER".

Are there any refunds or guarantees?

Unfortunately since this is for fundraising there are no guarantees or refunds.

Is Sales Tax added to the price?

No. Sales Tax is built into the price.

Can I buy online?

YES, BUT you must have a SELLER ID in order to purchase online. A SELLER ID (6 character code) is provided to you by a cookie seller. You will not receive your cookie order if you do not have a current/active SELLER ID to enter at checkout. SELLER ID's are only active for a set period of time, while the seller is actively selling. If you have questions regarding this, please contact your seller (the person who contacted you about this fundraising program). You can purchase at the top of this page.

A SELLER ID is necessary due to the inability to keep up with processing individual orders in a timely manner. Also, if you do not have a SELLER ID, the hard working cookie sellers will not get their commission (net proceeds) for their fundraising cause.

How are cookies delivered?

Cookies purchased online are delivered directly to the buyer. If your seller is using a physical printed order form, or using the digital PDF order form, then your order will be delivered to your SELLER. Your SELLER will reach out to you (if they haven't clarified this with you already) to either deliver your cookies or plan a pickup time and location.

Cookie storage & shelf life?

Cookies are fresh, Vegan, and organic. The cookies only have a 14 day shelf life due to the use of fresh ingredients and no preservatives. The cookies are frozen right away to lock in the freshness. Uncle Eddie's™ Vegan Cookies is an industry leader and they have been producing the best tasting and highest quality cookies for many years. If you want to save some cookies for longer, it is recommended to keep them frozen until you plan to consume them.

Who can sell the Cookies?

Any APPROVED NonProfit, organization, booster club, church, school program, etc. can use Uncle Eddie's™ Vegan Cookies for Causes program to raise money. The program helps students and other sellers to gain many essential life and business skills.

Purchasing Uncle Eddie's™ Vegan Cookies from any unauthorized sellers is prohibited. Uncle Eddie's™ Vegan Cookies cannot guarantee the freshness or integrity of these cookies. In most cases, these cookies are old or expired. Most of these people are selling intellectual property without authorization. Also, if you purchase cookies from these sellers, it does not support any good causes. So please purchase cookies from an authorized seller with a SELLER ID only.

I really don't want any cookies, can I still donate?

Yes! You can donate any amount you would like. On the printed and PDF form you can check the donate section and online you can use the "Donate" option in the shopping cart.
